Social bookmarking refers to the sharing of my faviourite websites to other users. Tags are assigned to each sharing link and eventually a user-defined categorization of tags are formed, facilitating information search. Del.icio.us is one of the most commonly used Social bookingmarking freeware, which is useful for conducting research on academic topics and a learning community will be formed building on similar user-defined tags and interest.
